– Training 23rd – program 24th – 26th Feb – Illawarra
– Training 25th – program 26th – 28th Feb – Illawarra 
– Training 1st – program 2nd – 6th March – Illawarra/Chowder Bay
–  Training 31st –  1st – program 2nd – 6th April – Chowder Bay or Kosci

 

Activities carried out whilst on a program and that GL’s participate in are:
 – MTB

    Program Coordinator
    ABOUT THE LAND’S EDGE FOUNDATION

    The Land’s Edge Foundation (LEF) is one of Australia’s leading providers of dynamic and
    progressive education outdoor experiences for schools and other groups. The LEF partners
    with its clients to develop and deliver high-quality educational programs that combine
    curriculum learning, adventure and personal growth that meet each client’s philosophies,
    policies and outcomes.

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    LEF is seeking an outdoor educator capable of overseeing program planning and administration, to in-field coordination of multi-day programs and day to day problem solving all undertaken within a robust and flexible disposition. A people person, the successful candidate will participate in face to face discussions with school coordinators and parents. The role will report directly to the COO with the option of working from our Berry Depot or Chowder Bay.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Extensive and proven knowledge in outdoor education
    • High verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with staff and clients at all levels
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple program requirements with school coordinators pre and post program
    • Flexibility with working away from home for a number of weeks throughout the year in various locations across NSW
    • Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve program outcomes in an in-field capacity
